高速AB片粘箱机

本机专业用于AB片(即两片)纸箱粘接成型。

现有AB片纸箱粘接工艺：

1.传统手工刷胶人工粘接。

2.用老款粘箱机涂胶，而后手工粘接。现有加工工艺的工人劳动强度高，效率低，并且粘接精度与质量难以控制，易造成质量事故。高速AB片粘箱机有效解决了问题。

本粘箱机前段给纸部设有两个纸板堆码处，用来码放AB两片纸板，这样有利于提高生产效率，下面采用吸风结构，有利于提高输送精度和效率。

中段输纸对接部采用热溶胶粘接，纸板四面挡规定位，定位准，精度高。

后段折叠部，采用人工折叠，有效解决了模切压痕与瓦楞位置不好确定的问题，纸箱粘口大小得到有效控制。本机两人操作即可，前段一人负责上纸并将粘后的纸箱查数打包；后段一人负责将纸板折起送入压合皮带内，操作简单，易于上手。
